About the Role:
AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in the Gurnee/Libertyville area. This full-year contract offers a supportive environment, consistent daytime hours, and a rewarding opportunity to help students strengthen their communication skills.

- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy.
- Complete assessments and participate in IEP development.
- Deliver curriculum-based interventions.
- Document progress and maintain compliance.
- Use AAC tools when appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Illinois PEL with SLP Endorsement (required).
- CCC-SLP OR CFY eligible.
- School experience preferred.
- Positive communicator and team player.
Position Details:
- Full 2025–2026 school-year contract.
- Caseload varies by school/grade level.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Follows school district academic calendar.
