Location: Denver, CO
Contract through the school year
Schedule: 37.5 – 40 hours/week | Follows school district calendar
Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings
Pay:
- Weekly Pay: $2,437 - $3,000

Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP):
- Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
- Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
- Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
- Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
- Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology.
- Valid and current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Valid and current Colorado certification in Speech Language Pathology; or hold appropriate state license for position
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
- Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
