School Social Worker:

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed School Social Worker to support high school students in a school-based setting in Arlington Heights, IL.

Requirements (Must Have):
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- School or youth experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual and group counseling services.
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning.
- Support IEP and 504 processes as needed.
- Connect students and families with community resources.
