Join a supportive school team and make a meaningful difference every day! AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support students throughout the 2025–2026 school year in the greater Gravette Area!
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week (school-day hours).
- Pay: $2,625 - $2,812 /week.
- Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.
- Caseload: Matched to your experience and preference.
- Start: ASAP or start of school year.
School-Based PT Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans.
- Provide direct and consultative PT services to support student mobility, access & participation.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning, and assistive technology.
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers & families.
- Document services, progress notes & assessments per district/state guidelines.
- Support students across a variety of school environments (classroom, hallways, playground, community settings).
PT Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in Physical Therapy.
- Active Arkansas PT License.
- 1+ year of PT experience (school or pediatric experience preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR.
- Strong communication, organization & time-management skills.
- Ability to support a varied caseload across school settings.
