Weekly Pay: $1,192–$1,305.
Schedule: Part-Time | 22.5 hours per week.
School Year: 2025–2026.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide special education services to Pre-K students.
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments.
- Implement IEP goals and early intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff.
- Model positive behavior and social-emotional skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Washington State ESA Certification with appropriate endorsement.
- Experience in special education or early childhood (Pre-K experience preferred).
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
