AB Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support elementary and middle school students in a school-based setting.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing academic, behavioral, and personal support throughout the school day.
Ashburn/Leesburg, VA.
$20.00/hour.
ASAP Start through June 14, 2027.
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Assist students with classroom participation and daily routines.
- Support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs.
- Help students stay engaged, focused, and on task throughout the school day.
- Assist with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities as needed.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent attendance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available Monday through Friday for the full duration of the assignment.
- Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, patient, and adaptable.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
