Paraprofessional / Classroom Aide.

Arlington Heights, IL.
$20–$22/hr | $720–$792/week.

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring licensed Paraprofessionals to support students in local schools for the 25/26 school year.

Quick Details:

Full-time: 32.5 hours/week.
Contract follows the school district calendar.
Placement matched to your experience and preference.

What You’ll Do:

Support students 1:1 or in small groups.
Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines.
Help implement behavior and support plans.
Observe and document student progress.
Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom.
Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements (Must Have):

Illinois Paraprofessional License (ELS – Paraprofessional).
Experience with preschool or school-aged children.
Special education experience preferred.
Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a classroom setting.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs infrequently).
