Occupational Therapist (OTR) – School-Based | Arlington Heights, IL | Up to $51/hr

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTRs) for the 2026–2027 school year. With openings across elementary, middle, and high schools, this is an excellent opportunity whether you're an experienced school OT or looking to transition into pediatrics.
Pay & Schedule:
- Up to $51/hour.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- No nights or weekends.
- School holidays and breaks off.
- Full-time contract.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assist with IEP implementation and documentation.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License.
- School-based experience preferred.
- Experience supporting students with sensory and communication needs preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- School-based or pediatric experience.
- Knowledge of IEPs and educational settings.
- Experience with sensory integration and assistive technology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
