AB Staffing is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term LOA coverage assignment at a single school site in the Henderson, NV (Cadence area) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers consistent weekday hours, a stable caseload, and no floating between schools.
Position Details:
Location: Henderson, NV (Cadence area – one school site)
Schedule: Full-time school hours | ~37.5 hours per week
Contract: LOA coverage | 2025–2026 school year
Setting: School-based (K–12)
Weekly Pay: $1,988–$2,700
Caseload details shared prior to offer for transparency and fit

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations using standardized assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy services supporting academic and functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation.
- Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Nevada OT License (OTR/L).
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements.
