We are seeking compassionate, motivated Mental Health Professionals to join our team in Appleton, MN. You will work with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, providing support, guidance, and therapeutic services in a collaborative environment.

Mental Health Professional Job Details:

Setting: Correctional.
13-26 weeks with option to extend.
Conducting mental health assessments and screenings.
Developing individualized treatment plans.
Providing counseling and crisis intervention.
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborating with healthcare and correctional staff Supporting positive behavioral change and recovery.

Mental Health Professional Requirements:

Master’s degree in a healthcare or behavioral health-related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.).
Minnesota Licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LPC/LMFT).
Experience working with individuals affected by substance use.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay:

Up to $2,880 per week.
