Schedule: Alternating 36/48-hour shifts
Compensation: Up to $2,300/week
License Requirement: Active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, or LMSW)

We’re seeking a dedicated, compassionate mental health clinician to join our behavioral health team within the Jackson County jail system. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support a vulnerable population.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling.
- Support individuals experiencing acute mental health needs.
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Promote continuity of care and referrals when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Active Oregon clinical license: LCSW, LPC, or LMSW required.
- Experience in crisis work, corrections, community mental health, or similar settings preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a secure facility.
