Position Highlights:
- Location: Seattle, WA (multiple school sites available)
- Hours: 32 hours/week, full academic year contract
- Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
- Pay Range: $2,240 - $2,400 per week (depending on experience)

As a School BCBA, you’ll:
- Lead and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
- Model and coach Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in classroom settings
- Collect and analyze data to drive measurable progress
- Empower students with social and emotional learning tools that last a lifetime
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA Certification (BACB in good standing).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Washington State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings (3+ years ideal).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
