We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school setting in the Newark, DE area. The BCBA will oversee behavior programs, provide staff training, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
Location: Serving a school in Newark, DE
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based (32.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $2,112.50 – $2,275 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
- Analyze data to drive instructional and behavioral decisions.
- Monitor fidelity of behavior plan implementation.
- Support crisis response protocols as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teams.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required.
- Experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels.
