We are currently seeking Behavior Coaches for a full-time, onsite school-based opportunity in the Phoenix Metro Area, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

Full-time, Monday–Friday.
40 hours per week.
Onsite school-based setting.
2026–2027 school year assignment.
Student age/grade levels: TBD.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Education/Special Education with five (5) years of experience working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities.
Master's Degree in Education/Special Education with three (3) years of experience working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities.
Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Previous school-based behavioral experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Pay:

$30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
40 hours per week.
Competitive weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities:

Train school staff in evidence-based behavior intervention strategies.
Support the development and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Assist IEP teams with behavioral intervention planning.
Model effective behavioral strategies and classroom management techniques.
Observe students, monitor interventions, and collect behavioral data.
Provide parent education and behavioral consultation.
Participate in Teacher Assistance Team (TAT) meetings.
Serve as a liaison between families, schools, and community agencies.
Support students through Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

This role supports students with behavioral and emotional disabilities in both general and special education settings. The ideal candidate has experience implementing PBIS strategies, developing and supporting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), social skills instruction, crisis prevention, and using data-driven behavioral decision-making while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
